Didn't know whether to post this here or on the gas board, but seeing as though it is to do with whether you claim certain bens or not, I've opted for here (unless a BG would like to move it?

i got a letter telling me the first £30 would be on my card in december - it was.....i am now expecting the next on my top up card in february some time...id chase this up .....0

Hiya i am also on a prepayment card and had first £30 credited on it in nov and second is due this month, it went on when i had toped it up, it didnt show on the meter when i put card in just the amout i had toped up by but when i removed my card the balance was £30 more.Proud to be DEBT FREE AT LAST0

Hiya, No i didn't have my rebate on my Jan bill so i called B Gas and i was told that they didn't get round to putting all the rebates in on time for the jan bills and it would be on my next bill. Is it a Quantum meter you have?
I rang them before and they said they were in the process of issuing postal order but they weren't sure when.
By the time I receive a postal order, the cold weather will have probably been and gone!Tank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...0 -
Yes mine is a quantum meter i recieved postal order for my electric rebate but credit went straight on top up card for the gas rebate.Proud to be DEBT FREE AT LAST0

I pay quarterly and had my first £30 off the bill in November, next bill due any day so hoping for the other £30. I got it fine last year too.0

i got the rebate this time last year,05/06 and had a letter after that saying i would not have to apply again for this winter 06/07 as it would be done automatic and as yet i have not got anything...i just checked on house.co.uk and in my account is the payments i have made and thats it !0
