Seeboard- Money taken twice from A/c

We have just paid our Electricity bill using our debit card, and Seeboard have only gone and taken the money out twice. I have spoken to them and they know there was a prblem on last day of month (31st Jan 07) and that money was taken out of some accounts twice.

She told me if we had gone over-drawn we could write and claim the money back!

Just letting anyone else know to check accounts if you paid your bill at the end of january and you can claim! Not sure if we can claim for loss of interest on account, as it's now been 2 days and money still not back in account, she reckons by end of today it should all be sorted, we shall see!!!
