Phone your mobile number, press the * key at the voicemail prompt and enter your PIN number.

Or dial 07973 100123 and follow the prompts (you need to have set-up a PIN to protect your VM account to be able to access from another phone)

It'll be whatever the default is for your provider...something like 0000 or 1234.

If you are still using the default PIN, then phone Glenn Mulcaire instead...

thanks to all who gave useful responses. I was able to get customer services to reset my PIN and now have access.
