Should be out Gardening, I haven't actually told anyone I am planning on doing this. If I told anyone it would be my mum and tbh I don't think she'll be too happy about it. I don't actually have to tell anyone though I have thought about telling a couple of friends at work just to gauge their reaction and see how hard it is to convince them that it's ok.

I'm guessing the way to go will be to do some non invasive trials first and maybe progress onto the pill popping and jabs types. Certainly the non invasive ones are going to be a much easier sell. You never know, maybe your better half will sign up too once the cash comes rolling in!

Anyone have any experience of others reactions or reservations and how they dealt with that, please would you share?

There was a massive list of medical trial listings which I saw a few months ago. Can't seem to find that now but it contained about 250 centres all over the UK so everyone could find a local one to them.

If anyone is local to London then I can recommend Parexel drugtrial .co .uk/

I did a few of them back in the 90's when i was backpacking across europe
mostly in Germany.
i used to have a whole list of over 300 places across the world it used to pay to be a backpacker lol.
I turned down a few which i thought were a little dodgy especially the first round of tests, their used to be 3 normally
anyway the last one i did was 24 days in in a company called Iphar in Munich For 4900 German marks. it went ok but was not something i wanted to do on a regular basis.
Looking back i probably should have left it.
its hell combing my hair with 2 antennae sticking out of my ears.
