I would like to join. I put up with severe depression, so seeing the positive is a step forward for me.
Yesterday I had a shower and baked for family's pack lunches. I also did a meal plan and organised my grocery shopping on the internet. I also got my daughter to her pick up point which I found difficult, because the depression is worst in the mornings.

    Aims for today.

To only have a one and a half hour nap.
To sort out washing and to put it away.
    Put the hoover around.
    Pack for sleepover
    Return library book.

Is there a January thread that I am missing. The positive things I did today.

Made fridge magnets with my daughter.
Find my daughter's trainers under the heap and survived to tell the tale.
    Cooked a roast.
    Went out for a walk.

    Aims for this evening:

    Catch up on washing up
    Sort some laundry.
    Do some knitting,
    Get to bed before 11.

    Aims for tomorrow:

Make a dent in the heap.
    Wash bedding.
    Put the hoover around.

Hey Rachel, well done on your positive steps.

Yes, we should start a new thread, perhaps one for the whole of 2012 rather than a monthly one, just to save work?

I must confess, I'm not sure I remember how to start a new thread...:o
