    • Walk dog in the rain, wellies on instead of crocs!
    • Slowcooker dinner, Lamb curry, yummy
Vintage - It might have been cold but good fun in your crocs! That thought made me giggle.

As for the slow cooked lamb curry as a follow up....I am positively drooling.

    Positives for today
    • wrote some more Christmas cards
    • took a vow not to drink vast quantities of cheap white wine on a Monday night again. Ever.
    • did an on line guided meditation
    • off to yoga in a minute hooray
    • had a laugh at work about silly antics of last night
    • didn't over eat, didn't over nag DS1 about work, didn't over berate myself for lack of xmas preparation, didn't cry when looking in mirror at scantily clad figure
Actually do these negatives translate as positives? Not sure I'm allowed to make a list of things I didn't do and pretend that's a positive thing. Ho hum will have to think that through or I could be here all day. After all I didn't swing naked from Tower Bridge eating bananas and throwing the peel at passers-by. That has to be positive thing for sure!
    Happy Tuesday to all

  • The slow cooked lamb curry was beautiful, the meat looked awful when I put it in, really fatty but it was lovely after 10 hours cooking! Made enough to feed 3 of us tonight and 4 freezer bags of three portions for the freezer. Nellydog polished off all the fatty bits that were left!:j
