Any good Blackberry SIM only deals around?

I have a BB and I only want a SIM contract .
Has anyone got a good deal on this? I am looking for around 300 to 400 minutes.
would be great if I can get a deal for between £10 to £15
I don't want to tie up for more than 6 months either.

Anyone got any idea where I should look?
