My buddy worked for them as an MOT tester and told me some of their practices were utterly shocking - and that from a guy who'd worked fro some very shady garages. Not only do they pay carp money and insist on working carp hours, but they dangle the carrot of a monthly bonus on up selling. For an MOT tester this revolves around the number of MOT tests carried out (no surprises there) , AND unnecessary up selling of work from borderline failures/advises - many of which just happen to always be tyres, breaks and exhaust issues. Odd that........ But you can't blame the staff for the policy/culture of the company.

Any place that makes the bulk of its money from overpriced fastfit type work should be viewed with caution.

I wouldn't use them again unless particularly desperate. They did the rather basic job OK, but it was followed up with two phone calls from them trying to sell me motor insurance in a rather underhand manner.
