I've always been happy with Kwikfit as well, wouldn't use them for anything serious but for the MOT and service they can't be beaten.0

Can I add my two pence worth please? We've avoided them for years because of surly staff in the past, but had no choice but to use them on Sunday afternoon when we needed a new tyre in a hurry and everywhere else was closed. The staff were polite and helpful and did the job quickly despite there being only 2 of them and rushed off their feet.0

There's a Kwik-Fit at the end of the road where my mum lives. It's been run by the same franchise-holder (a woman) for years and the staff have mostly been there for a long time. We have had our brakes, tyres and exhaust done there and have always been happy with the work.
Unlike our local garage who charged us for changing the back brakes after a MOT advisory, they didn't change them, they just tightened up the handbrake. We had to go back there 3 times to get our money back!:mad:"I may be many things but not being indiscreet isn't one of them"0 -
I haven't used them in 15 years, since I went in with a knocking from the front wheel (loose brake caliper). I was told it needed a whole new caliper, I couldn't afford it at the time so said no. Drove out of Kwik Fit and about a mile down the road where said caliper fell off. I called the RAC out, they refitted it saying it only wanted tightening up and I never had another problem with it.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. I'm a car enthusiast, and would never use them for anything other than tyres/tracking etc.
I've always had really good service - including a full alignment and plenty of air conditioning services.0
