o2 are just being o2 saying they cannot help. i stated they helped Nicky out but she was saying we don,t have any evidence!! i have filed a complaint to phonepayplus but heard nothing and the swithcfire company want my o2bill copy stating that i went on there!! i recieved 192 msgs not one stating that i would be charged!! i did not want to repsond as i thought i would get charged!! how ironic!!

Not sure stating they helped me out was a good thing . With regards to switchfire, it looks like they are going through the same procedure. I still havent heard from phonepayplus, maybe ringing them will be a quicker route?

I just got an email back from switchfire stating that as a gesture of goodwill they will send me a cheque of 291 pounds!!! sounds to good to be true!! will wait till that cheque is cashed in!!
