I really really really want Parkingeye to take me to court, I cant wait. I hope they will do it! I've been getting silly toilet paper letters through the post and nothing. I wish the Mail Preference Service that I subscribed to could stop these stupid letters ;-)0 -

Er....nothing of import will happen.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why then you're as thick and stupid as the moderators on here - MSE ForumTeam0 -
Logged on to the pc made a :coffee: and was just going to pay the £40 charge:mad:. Not now not after reading the posts on here .
1. Number plate not legible on entrance photo:p:p
2. 2nd visit in a day - bought a set of chairs from charity shop:A located in car-park went home to take rear car seats out to fit chairs in returned later to collect.
3. Seem like a bunch of bullies.
4. Have moved house since first letter
so debit card back in wallet and a visit to the pub for refreshment about £40 worth ...
Now what forum do i go too to sort out an ex-wife who breaks court orders0 -
This a a common ParkingEye scam, you make two visits to a car park and the dodgy camera setup is unable to clock you leaving and returning. The internet is full of these stories so these two bob scammers would not dare to try court. Even they are not that stupid.Still waiting for Parking Eye to send the court summons! Make my day!0

oz, can I just say well done on doing research, and not paying
but make sure you re-direct your mail to your new address, it wouldn't be the first time that a PPC has sent court papers to an address and getting a default judgement in the small claims, because they know they will win.
So just make sure that they don't have returned mail saying not known at this address, they are the underlife scammers after all!Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0
