Coach Holiday

I recently went on a 1 night break to Edinburgh with a national holiday company & guess what - they lost my overnight bag. They are now saying that I should claim on my holiday insurance but I'm saying that it's their responsibility, as they have a duty of care to look after my bag from the moment I hand it over to the driver to the moment they hand it back to me (or not in this case) when I arrive at my hotel. Has this ever happened to anyone else?

How do you think they lost your bag...?
Wgat would you expect if your bag was lost on a flight?
Have you read the T & Cs of your agreement with them?Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..0
