JYSK mattress

Hi,
We bought a new mattress for our new bedframe in November 2010, it came with a 10 year warrenty against failure of spring and foam.
After a few months we noticed saggy dark patches appearing and this august i got round to emailing them.
I didnt think i got a reply and chased it up this month. In the mean time I removed the cover to look at the black patches and found that there was what looked like mould thoughout the foam, down the centre of the covered springs, the springs had been attached with twisted metal loops which had come away from the sprung steel edges, the foam had not only detatched but was disintergrating and breaking off:

They told me to send images - which they said they couldnt open.
I resent them but they said the i.t dept wouldnt let them look at browser based images.
I sent them again and then recieved a reply stating...the mattress looked very dirty and stained (its not, it has a yellow/cream square design) and it looked as though I had not used a mattress protector so they could not help me!
I have always had a flannel liner on it and I pointed out that. I also pointed out that I was not informed of any requirement to use a protector nor what protector they required.
I pointed out this was not written on the warrenty reciept, not was I given any thing to go with it, nor was it on their website nor on any internet search. I asked them to settle the matter honorably....they are ignoring me!
