Vent - Sainsbury's now playing Christmas music

Thanks for your replies, a mixed bag of opinions, perhaps I am in the minority but clearly not on my own.

"Good god, get a life you boring, sad, smelly old scrooge." I have never been accused of being smelly before, but I feel much better for winding a couple of you up.

I don't mind having Christmas music on, as long as it's not constant and is mixed with other stuff. Prefer it to be low enough to ignore too.

I work in a well known department store and they only seem to have one cd with the same songs played on loop, not just christmas but all the time, so the same cd will play for weeks at a time. I'm really surprised that this company doesn't have some sort of radio channel like my old work, at least you didn't have to put up with the same songs over and over again.

but i like christmas songs, just not the same ones over and over.
