Went yesterday to see Phantom of the Opera with tickets via Get Into London Theatre... it was the matinee performance, the theatre was packed and we were on the front row for half price! If you fancy a trip to see a show I'd strongly recommend it. I'll definitely be doing it again next year. The promotion is still running till the 9th of Feb and there will still be tickets left (I just checked Phantom as a test for early Feb and they still had Stalls and Royal Circle tickets left for £35 each instead of £67).

I elected for the tickets to be sent by post since they were a birthday gift. I never got the confirmation email come to me but the staff were very helpful when I rang the Seetickets hotline and she re-sent the email for me straight away. And even though she advised there may be a delay getting the tickets through as it was just when the offer started and they were busy they came out within a couple of week just before Christmas.

It's probably a little late to reply to Stedwell's post from December but they were asking earlier in the thread about about a cheaper alternative to train travel. We went by coach with National Express. For the 2 of us return travel between Birmingham and London Victoria was £26.50 total. We booked the straight through fastest option so it was only 2 & 1/2 hours trip each way and if you don't mind a bit of walking when you get to London, Victoria coach station is about 20mins straight walk to Buckingham Palace and then probably another 20-25 mins walk to Haymarket where our theatre was.

We had a great day... the show was awesome, my feet and legs are killing me from walking around sightseeing, but I would never have been able to afford to go if not for seeing the link on the MSE newsletter :j
