I love GILT and book loads every year; we probably see more West End shows in January than the rest of the year put together. Tonight the site was down for ages and then just started working.
Anyway, a cynical person would say that if it wasn't for GILT, all the theatres would be half-empty all through January, and the tickets would turn up everywhere cheap anyway.Make £2023 in 2023: (all decluttering), current total £2860 me, £330 for friends & family, £468 charity donations.0 -

I booked tickets for Wicked 2nd Jan last night!
SO excited. Been once before but the tickets are so expensive, I've never be able to go back.
I also used Theatre Monkey to check out the seat we were offered; it colour codes all shows to say if the seats are worth the money or not. So, for £50, I have 2 tickets that someone said 'reflects the value of the tickets'. Well, now I've got those valued tickets for half the price!
As my partner is in the hospitality business, our Christmas period doesn't start until 2nd anyway.
Very excited!
Good luck everyone!LBM: January 2010DFD: August 27th 20120
