Talk Talk - can they fix it?

I would like to open an account with TalkTalk and review my first bill. First I had to wait for my account number now when I try to register I am sent to a page that reads.
We are currently experiencing technical issues with My Account.
We are working hard to fix the problem and the service will be available again soon.
In the meantime you can consult our Online Help
or follow our Twitter feed @TalkTalkCare where any updates on the status of systems will be posted.

The online help does not answer this problem and I do not tweet so is anyone else having problems?
