 I think we can agree that the number of Mr Who's who capitalised on selling at peak and in an area that has seen falls (not all areas have) is so minute that you have to wonder why it's worth discussing.:wall:

 I think we can agree that STR isn't really worth discussing at all.
 I did hope we could agree that someone selling at the peak of a bubble maximised the sale price of their asset, but apparently thats not to be.0
