    Yes it was required.

    Sibley and all his other sad little identities are completely full of 5hit, so to me he is just a knob ed who is around to have the pi55 taken out of him.

    What i sad to him in that post is what i would have said to him in real life.

    Sometimes in life you have to consider if this sort of actions is really worth it.

    I can understand that sometimes you can get drawn in / dragged down to the common denominator, however it is nothing better than primary school responses.

    I think we can agree that the number of Mr Who's who capitalised on selling at peak and in an area that has seen falls (not all areas have) is so minute that you have to wonder why it's worth discussing.

    I think we can agree that STR isn't really worth discussing at all.

    I did hope we could agree that someone selling at the peak of a bubble maximised the sale price of their asset, but apparently thats not to be.
