Thanks for all the replies.

I know that you are more fertile after giving birth and yes, it is possible i could be pregnant. My sons's were born in the same week a year apart too although my husband and i were actively trying then.

I was really just wondering if anyone else had had similar symptoms and what the outcome had been. So thank you Emsywoo - that you had the same is reassuring.
