Cancelling my BT mobile connect
hi all my contract with BT mobile ends in 30 day so I phone up to give the 30 days notice ,now I did give my account and name and address so they know its my account but I have been told that I now have to phone again on the 30th day to get disconnected ,anyone know if this is right as I do need this contract to end and dont want to pay another month any help please
