Missymoo it's the same as above - ignore, ignore, ignore  They will send a couple more letters saying things like "we'll take you to court" and "if you don't pay within 7 days the fine will double", but these are entirely empty threats and they will go away if you ignore them.

This is not a fine, so your record is still immaculate.

The pics have no evidential value whatsoever. IGNORE!

It is a picture of a random person, which YOU and only YOU thinks may be YOU, as they dont know what YOU look like, they will need YOU to tell them that it is YOU in the picture. Personally I would say it looks nothing like you...

You will have to pay Hundreds if you accept the invitation to pay the " invoice" they sent.
They dont go away, they come back for LATE PAYMENT CHARGES, they decide who paid late !
Its a scam you see, once you start paying, they start scamming, you have to ignore them sooner or later as you will run out of money...

Smithy's case, while technically a loss

Technically he would had to pay £240, not £15, if he'd lost.

The case has not yet been lost, he has a right to appeal, as the judge has made a technical legal error in his judgment.
he granted an order for a separate fee, which was not listed in the demands by the plaintiff, the price of parking.
The Plantiff only claimed a contractual penalty, the judge can not award outside of what has been claimed to be owed as an alternative, or that becomes a penalty.
It would be hard to see how the appeal against the judgement could fail.
you can not be awarded what you did not claim.
