I went for my appointment with the Apple genius today and after running a few diagnostic tests, he replaced my phone without hesitation. Amazing customer service! If only the same could be said about Vodafone. Thanks so much to everyone on here for helping me to sort it out :)

Great result, pleased to hear its all been sorted out for you. Apple customer service is well known to be top notch (and I think it's an undervalued trait in a company!).

Its apple that provides the warranty and not vodafone.
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

Irrelevant. The warranty is in addition to, and does not replace, the OP's statutory rights and Vodafone's obligations under the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982.
