Free phone cancelling
Right, I ordered a new phone via e2save, but because of them messing about on another contract, I promptly cancelled the contract within the cooling off period and am in the process of settling payments with Virgin
My question is, the phone was free on the tarriff I chose, so legally is it mine? Do I have to send it back?
