Who to complain to about our postman?

Our postie does similar as they have been using staff from other offices, luckily our house is enclosed and secluded so nobody can see the parcel laying by the front door but what if it rains???
There is a cat hole in the shed door where most parcels would fit or as our regular did he put it in top of the bin (we have 2 wheelies and a small garden bin which is emptied into the wheelies) and left a note to say what he had done.
They also all left the gate wide open, but since I put an A4 notice telling them to shut the gate they have shut it everyday.
If you're expecting a parcel leave a large note telling them you're in but working upstairs so to wait.
Complaining does very little as I found out.0 -
I would consider making a parcel box, something that can be opened by the postie but once closed is locked.0

Good luck with complaining to Royal Mail, had numerous issues with dodgy posties, due to apparently living on a "training route". Suggest you either resort to bribery or buy the biggest bloody dog you can find and teach it "kill!" :rotfl:My Mind wanders, if found please return.0

When I was a kid, one of our postmen used to steal a bottle of milk from our crate every morning (yeah in the good old days when post was delivered before 9.00am and milkmen delivered to your door). I know we shouldn't have but my dad threatened him and he desisted; think he lost his job actually because I never saw him again after that before going off to school. Having said that, I wouldn't do that myself but would instead give him a box of Quality Streets and take that approach. That should win him over lol. Good luck anyhow.0

I recently complained about our postman Not leaving parcels and having to go 1.8 miles to the sorting office. I was told tht on no account must the postman leave anything that is not delivered. I would call customer services.0
