Seems unlkely unless someone close to you booked the flight from your email address. Are there any other personal details? If there is a 6 character booking reference quoted in the email (letters and/or numbers) you can try checking the booking on https://www.viewtrip.com.

Ugh, dreams *dashed* once again :D

I didn't click on my "ticket" as it seemed a bit unlikely :rotfl: :rotfl:

Worryingly, they sent it to an email address that I use strictly for business purposes, I have another I use to sign up for stuff (inc here!) so normally I open stuff without thinking!

Wow, the sender is ****@aa.com, and I informed American Airlines about it, and got an auto reply from ####@aa.com.

They are getting good these flipping spammers! And it had my name and only my name in the email address field.

I got that too - but it doesn't tell me which Airport I was leaving from.

And I am getting into JFK a week earlier than you, and my ticket was cheaper than yours!!!!!
