Orange Contract
Hi,
My son is on a Dolphin 25 contract, this allowed him 500MB of data a month, he suspended his account 6 months ago when he went traveling, now he has returned and on re-instating his contract and has been told that because he has an iPhone he will have to pay for the 500MB data at an additional £10.00 per month, is this fair? What can we do about it?
Surely the type of handset connected has no relevance to the contract.

No, it is not fair. I guess he used a different phone before. It's not Orange's business what phone he is using now. Just cut the extra plastic from the normal sim card to a micro-sim size.0

No, you do not have to pay anything extra. The iPhone just needs their standard internet add on, which you say he already has...
I personally would go through to cancellations and get my hair off with them, threaten to cancel etc.
Edited - it seems they try charge more because you need the micro-sim. so if all else fails do as the above person said and tell him to cut his sim card. there's templates online that you can useThis thread has me so pumped, I headbutted my dog and we both screamed.0
