    I received it as well. I had spoken to 3 people who each confirmed that it would be on its way, only to get that e mail.

    I replied explaining the above and the Ts and Cs and I received an e mail that was specially written explaining that the one I ordered was now lot stocked any more and I would receive a call back from Customer Services in the next 24 hours.

    There's no point in explaining the terms and conditions cause you used a cached page on Google which technically doesnt mean there was a error on the page.....it may mean that the 02 system was abused.....(And I dont work for 02) ;)

    I phoned this pm..explained the problem the csa put me on hold came back and said I would have all my orders honored..

    You are wasting time emailing I was told they were well aware of their legl obligations and anyoine escalating the issue correctly would get the free phones.

    she also said it was on several websites with step by step instructions....

    i was told the lg were discontinued in december and there have been no stock sonce then

    there is something under the law of contract whereby if its obvious its a mistake then the contract isnt valid
    something to do with the argos tv's for a penny, no one reasonably expected to get a tv for a penny or in this case the free phone so therefore the contract isnt binding

    I'm really annoyed because when I heard of this offer I quickly signed up for the free phone. Then I told my brother about it who also signed up (just in case it did work). This morning he received a phone whereas I didn't...even though I applied for one first. Where is the justice in that? And the phone came with all these extra things...like memory card, bluetooth headset etc.

    Did anyone else receive theirs?
