Hi everyone,
I've searched for the original thread but can't seem to find (I'm male, it's probably just "on the side!") the offer of the free mobile phone from o2 last week that many of us thought it was worth a try.
Anyway, just received this from o2:
Dear Customer,
Thank you for placing an order with O2 Online.
We're really sorry, but due to a fault which we experienced on our website, we were not able to process your order. The good news is that we've now fixed the fault and would like to invite you back to place your order again should you still wish to do so by clicking on the following link https://www.o2.co.uk/shop.
We're really sorry for the inconvenience. .
Kind regards,
O2 Online.

Like hell I'm gonna re-order!
Anyone been successful in receiving their order?

You have to ring up, explain your rights "Its their fault they had a fault in the website, they entered a legal contract" and that they should offer you a phone of the same value as a customer.. they offer the 02 ice or 02 jet. Use your imagination. Read the T+C'S of the conformation e-mail. But DO NOT threaten just explain to them.
Emailing them wont do anything, ask to speak to the manager

Why are people getting so irate about this?
You tried to exploit an error, nothing came of it. You have lost nothing.
Why be so bitter?0 -
