Lloyds TSB PPI - Lets see if they're telling the truth...

Options
Greetings all,

only the other day Lloyds told MSE;
While Lloyds insists it has cleared some of the backlog, it says the extra delay largely affects those who have yet to pay off the loan the PPI was attached to.
It says once PPI is removed, the loans need to be restructured, which creates extra complications.
Lloyds refuses to state how many payments are held up by these extra delays, only adding: "Of the complaints to be processed, fewer than 5% are affected by this issue on delays."

So, if you have been waiting since before 1st October please vote yes or no the poll, I can't wait to show lloyds up as the bare face liars they are!

Please don't vote if you're not affected.

Tschuss!

    My complaint went in October 2010
    Uphold letter June
    Calculations letter 1st September (never received, been told twice reprint in post lol, but obviously still don't have it)
    Told on the phone on Friday that my interest has not even been recalculated!

    The only thing I know for sure is my money won't be with me any time soon. :(

    Mine was an open loan BUT 1 week after my offer letter, I got another letter saying that my loan had been restructured i.e. 16th September. I have checked with the loans dept and yes this was the case, PPI cancelled and loan restructured!

    :rotfl::rotfl:
  • the PPI we are being refunded (god knows when) is for 2 old refinanced loans, there is still the one current loan that refinanced them, but there is no ppi on that nor have we been told that it will effect the current loan in any way... our offer letter was dated the 7th of october, nothing since, no letters, no info on the help-less-line, 1 automated email reply to 16 emails.....
  • :(

    Cant believe this is all still going on now.

    I had my original offer calc letter 12th September for £15k...still no payment.

    I was told a couple of weeks ago now that i was on the payment spreadsheet which was the final stage before actually receiving payment.

    I was told i would receive a new letter showing new interest etc but yet to have received this. LLoyds also told me that i could in fact receive my payment via BACS even before receiving the letter.

    Still absolutely sod all!

    No letter, no payment and now its been 85 days waiting for MY money.

    So fed up with this all now.

    Will i get my money before Crimbo....i doubt it :(

    I have no PPI on my current loan....i had 3 loans in the past which are all now closed. I have a current Lloyds account so seriosuly why is mine taking soooooo long!

    :(
