My Festive Cheer Hamper has been delivered this afternoon, I ordered it on the 16th December so hopefully all of you waiting should get yours soon!! :j

To anyone waiting on a sweets and treats hamper they are completely out of stock.
My order that i placed on the 17th has been saying items dispatching soon since yesterday morning with delivery before the 23rd of December (money pending on my account)so i phoned them to find out what was going on.
Spoke to someone who said that it will not be coming, that they are out of stock and will not be getting anymore in. She couldn't cancel it either so i have apparently got to wait until the system realises that it hasn't been dispatched yet and it then will get cancelled. No apology or anything :mad:
Going to send them an email telling them exactly what i think. What sort of a crap system is that, they earmark your money then cannot complete the order.

Ordered 3 x Festive Hampers costing £31.50 total on Saturday. Arrived today ... What excellent service!!! Very pleased. I had worried they would not get here before Christmas, but I needn't have worried.

How were they delivered? Postman or courier. I ordered the festive hamper. Really would have liked it today as need to give tomo. I ordered fri lunchtime.

My hamper arrived today and I have to say I don't think ir's even worth the £15.75 I paid never mind the full £45 price. A teeny tiny cake, pudding & wine plus a moderately sized box chocs & box biscuits?? Pretty pants really.

Well, despite me calling M&S on the 20th and 21st because my festive cheer hamper still wasn't showing as ready for dispatch they reassured me it would be received by the 23rd. This morning I woke up to the dreaded cancellation email!!
To their credit when I called they offered a £5 goodwill gesture which I declined. I spoke to a manager who offered to credit my account with £30 but in the end I was able to go to my local store and collect one for £10 - well done M&S, auntie will get her hamper after all lol.
