Yes very much so, thank you clarissa. I've just checked my account and the sweets & treats hamper cannot now be amended so must be on it's way :j but no change to the festive cheer yet

If you return it without the receipt you can ask for a credit note and you will get the full amount as long as the item has not come down in price since you bought it.

I had an email this morning to say the festive cheer hamper I ordered on 16th is out of stock. I'm really cross with them, I don't understand how they can take orders and then decide 3 days later that they are out of stock. Its now too late to order anything else so I'll have to try to find something after work tomorrow. Had I known over the weekend I could have looked then for an alternative present.

M&S driving me barmy. Emailing them is like pulling teeth, they just dont answer anything, just cut and paste answers.

Ordered a sweet hamper, it cant be cancelled and theyve taken the money. It says despatching soon, yet they are claiming it wont be sent for another 2 months yet. It's either despatching soon or it isn't?!

Arrrgh, if they hadnt of taken off the option to cancel, then I would have just done that. Not worth the hassle, I dont want to send someone a christmas present in February!

I ordered 2 of the Festive Cheer hampers.. the first one I ordered was for myself and I've had the email to say it's despatched.

The second one was an after thought and ordered for a friend who lives up in Aberdeen, I cannot change the order but I haven't had the despatch email as yet. Really hope my Aberdeen one despatches!
