Does anyone know how M&S returns work.

I bought a handbag, & 3 hot water bottles when they were glitching, I also used £10 off £50 spend voucher.

However I have changed my mind on he handbag, will they refund the full amount of do they portion it off. As the handbag was £25 but with the code and 3 glitchy hot water bottles my total order was £17.

They gave me gift receipts, so there are no pries on there.

Same here, I returned an item bought with others using an Oxfam voucher and they reduced the refunded amount by a proportion of the discount that I'd received.

Just managed to order a sweets and treats, but saying it wont dispatch until february if nothing changes on it by wednesday I'll cancel and get the person something else instead!!

I've just had a call from M&S to say the Christmas Delights hamper I ordered on the 16th December is now out of stock. Really disappointed!

That's interesting clarissa because I've just been to my local store where they had at least half a dozen (although at full price!) so I know what I'll be suggesting if and when they call me.
