Am slowly restoring computer to pre-Crimbo crank-up state(omitting PC World saga and nothing working horrors after a month away till last week).
Last major hitch is the above - can't seem to load software, for which I am assured there is no disc - it's supposed to be in the hard drive somewhere. Wizard says 'can't be found'.
Person who set everything up(new buy package of 'putah+printer on Boxing Day 2005) is not in UK and can't remember what was done, or how.
I am clue-less, but would like printer to work.
Ink supply is fine, recently renewed, but it's true I can't run Clean Nozzle test etc until I can make the thing work.
May have successfully reclaimed Bank charges, but The Machine has Other Ways of Hefting One Toward Lady Baldness.
Thankyou for any suggestions.

Sorry don't quite understand your problem, from what I can understand you can't load software to your computer? Problem being the computer and not the printer?
Perhaps you should post on the 'techie stuff' board. There may be someone able to help.0 -
Yes, that will be so - thankyou TOBRUK.
I always declare myself inept, but that is understated.
