Pen Pen. Sorry you've had job worries but delighted you have a new challenge to get stuck into. Nice to see you post again.

I've mucked out DS1's bedroom. I now have to apologise to DH as I have accused him of leaving dirty socks in hotels on his many work trips. The said socks were in every conceivable nook and cranny in the now purged bedroom. I've also found plates, cups, glasses aplenty! Kids!!!
  • ok list update, got distracted earlier as DH wanted to do the tip run so off we went whilst he was still in the mood to do it!

    so far today

3 x loads of washing done and on airer's/radiators to dry
    tip run done
    kitchen sides cleaned
    kitchen table cleared of gibble
menu plan done for upcoming week

off to get some lunch in a moment and will then get another load in the washer  and will crack on with either ironing or christmas cards.

Welcome to the thread DomRavioli - the theory is you'll soon be more organised and tidy. My problem is that I seem to expect that to happen just by subscribing to the thread but it seems I actually have to put some effort in!

    Happy birthday to Mr LW
Happy birthday to Master Dance and Maxonian
    - hope you all have a fab day xx

Has anyone heard from pigpen - hope she's ok. Hellooooo if you're around!

I've popped to garden centre, fed birds, cleared hail from side path, sold a gift voucher, unpacked little gifts from thorntons for clients....all things that aren't on my list!

Now I need to get to work on my lists - HHC?? 410 till 440???

Pen Pen welcome back, glad you have a new job.

    MrLw Happy Birthday

Note to self>> it helps if you actually turn WM on, then clothes come out clean!! putting clothes and powder in and closing door does not make the machine work!!

    Afternoon!
OH has taken the day off work as he is hungover  which usually means I get nothing done as he lollops on the sofa and gets in my way, but I'm so cross with him I haven't let it stop me and have got the kitchen done :J Freezer is defrosting and I just have to dust and mop once it's done. LR needs an S&S and there is washing to put away, so I best get on with that x
    So, there are these boys,
    They kinda stole my heart,
    They call me Mummy

    WW 37lb (2 STONE 9lbs! :j ) lost since July, 11tybillion to go...

Washing in, nearly all dry but the jeans just need finishing off on the radiators (not on yet but they will be later).
