  • meer53 you are correct, I went to the trouble to contact them and take the money out of my account. This they did and guess what they have put it back into my account again. Never again, when it comes time to pay I'll keep them waiting a few days.

You are lucky. According to my online EDF account I am over £350 in credit and not getting any of it back despite the fact that it's so far a mild winter and I'll be adding a fair bit monthly to that. I'm moving suppliers in January too. It's a shame they don't pay interest on my money.

I've just had my £200 annual loyalty rebate through from Atlantic.

Shall I ask them to take it back?
  • I have been with Atlantic for a few years now and still have all my bills.
When I started this year that's February, I added all the units I burnt on gas last year and it came to 700 units.
Atlantic gave me an amount to pay per month for this year to cover what I burnt last year, So in effect if I burn the same amount of units and pay the amount they decided I should come to the end of the year all square. Am I right in assuming this?
This is for my gas bill.
