I would go with security man. mop and a couple of swift pushes. Iwouldn't use a plastic bag over the mop, just dispose of the mop afterwoulds, BTW it's a proper oldfashioned mop head to use.0

I agree with all of the above, but there is also one other thing you can try. Find the manhole cover outside, lift it up, and check that the all the pipes are clear. I'm no drainage expert, but I had a similar situation a few years back. When I lifted the manhole cover, there were several pipes feeding into the main sewer, and one was obviously coming from the toilet as it was gunged up with paper. A quick poke with a garden cane, some flushing away with a garden hose, and suddenly all the backed-up gunge came wooshing through. Rather satisfying in a yukky kind of way :-)
It's worth a try, costs nothing and is pretty simple to at least take a look.0
