Hi Help, how much do you pay CCCS each month? We owe 110000.00 and when we went to them they worked out our disposable income was only 233 pm and as it would take 39 years to pay off decided against it. We are now going through an IVA and our budget is acually 450 pm for 3 year (until hp on car paid) then 750 for 2 years then we have to remortgage our house to pay approx 30k as a lump sum. We will be paying off approx 64k of our debt and after the five years the rest is wiped off. Like you I would not concider bankruptsy and after speaking to CCCS and Insolvency Practitioner decided IVA was teh best for us. I do understand how you feel and although oyr IVA has not been agreed yet, only sent all paperwork to IP last wednesday, they are hopeful it will go through. Have CCCS not mentioned a IVA?TOTAL 44 weeks lose. 6st 9.5lb :T0
