Tesco clubcard points or £250 voucher - Galaxy ace phone contracts at Tesco

:mad:I took out this deal on 02/01/2012 solely to get the points to convert to avios. However.... Tesco very quickly added 10,000 points to my account but 'forgot' to add the other 10,000. I have since spent time and money querying this to be passed round every department. I was told on 20/02 by their promotions dept that these points would be added to my account ASAP as it was 'an error'. I have queried again and was told again that this is an error and they would be added in May (too late for the avios special offer which ends at the end of March!) and that i should refer to 'tesco mobile support' who now inform me that 'The reason you have already received 10000 points is because club card points are restricted on a monthly basis, so to avoid any disappointment Tesco added 10000 straight away' and this just doesnt ring true to me.
Has anyone else had similar experience or had their points all added in one go??
