Tesco clubcard points or £250 voucher - Galaxy ace phone contracts at Tesco

Fab deal (I think). My contract is up with Orange so I think I'll cancel and take full advantage of these points. Can I naively ask, if I buy this deal can I port my number plus keep my current handset (currently orange) – the iphone3s?

I know the iphone has a different sim card so do any of you know if there’s a way around this, I can't be the only person thinking about it?

You should get a sim card with the new phone, then you can port your number.

This is my first post (since having an account for at least a year!) so bear with please

The bottom of the Avios page says "The February bonus Avios offer is open to all Tesco Clubcard holders and is valid when you exchange Clubcard vouchers for Avios between 26/01/12 and 31/03/12".
So.... I think this means the three month wait for clubcard points should be fine

If you get a full sized sim and need to use it in an iPhone you can use a sim card cutter. Very easy to do and you can use an adapter in the future if you change phones to a normal sized sim again.

OK, got it to go through by putting my years at work as 3 years 4 months. I think anything above 9 scuppers it. Fabulous coding.

Thanks to the OP. This is a fab deal.

My Samsung Ace arrived a few days ago. I noticed that I was being charged data for the internet. I enquired about this and was informed that Tesco had failed to add the data package (ie miss-sold contract). T-Mobile rectified this by adding this for free and then reduced my next months bill with the cost of the billed data charge so far.

I placed an order on Wednesday evening for the blackberry 9300 with O2, completed the credit details and bank details etc but got no confirmation email and this doesn't show on my tesco order details, does it sound like it didn't go through? I have emailed them to check that there is an order pending, don't want to do another in case I end up with 2 contracts! Maybe I should check with O2?
