Hi,
Parked on a single yellow line in Belsize Road NW6 at 1.03pm.Part of the nearside front tyre was on the beginning of the double yellow line. The road has no traffic through as it is a dead end.On the PCN Tax Disc Number it says 'Unknown'. The colour of the car on the PCN is Black whereas my car is blue. Can I challenge this PCN? I have a digital photo of my parked car.Not sure if the warden had one.
Thanks for your advice

For a better response, try posting on the parking board.Hi,

Or go to www.pepipoo.com and ask them. They can advise on a number of issues relating to council issued PCN's."You should know not to believe everything in media & polls by now !"

You can challenge it yes but the moment you write in saying its wrong because of the colour and no recorded tax number you're admitting that you got the PCN on your car.
Unless the colour is drastically different (eg it says red and your car is green) you've not got much to go on. Try the pepipoo forum though they might come up with something better. As for the photos check the council website, most will let you see the photos with your PCN online.0
