hehehe you achieved 3 medals for posting 750 times
please fill in your form. if you get stuck, make an appointment with CAB and get them to help you. As you have kids, you can do it through your local Sure Start/Children's Centre. You can go in and see them or call them, and ask when the CAB are next in and you want to make an appointment. You can take the kids with you so no pressure there.
This is what I had to do with my son. Take him with me while I spoke to someone from the CAB.0 -

I worry that you may not have filled it in correctly, and then it means appealing and waiting
did you know sure start centres/childrens centres have someone that can come to your house and help you? they can give you a break while you have a bath, take the kids to the park, etc let me find details for you.0 -

No I didnt know that thank youI have called the helpline on the letter to ask about a question which seem to be the same as a previous one just worded differently . I might actually see if my support worker can take a read over it before I send it ( It doesnt need to be back with them until Feb 5th) Even if I can get someone to drop it in with her x
