    Creating an exemption list

If you've already set up buyer blocks, you can allow specific eBay members to bid on or purchase your items regardless of any requirements by adding them to your buyer requirements exemption list. Use one of the following methods to exempt buyers:

To exempt buyers using the buyer requirements exemption list:
Go to the Buyer requirements exemption list page.
Enter the user IDs of the eBay members you want to exempt from buyer requirements.
    Click Submit.
To exempt buyers using the buyer requirements activity log:
    Go to My eBay.
Click the Account tab, and click Site preferences on the left.
In the Selling preferences section, scroll to Buyer requirements, and click Show.
Click the Buyer requirements activity log.
Tick the box next to the eBay members you want to exempt.
Click Exempt from buyer requirements at the bottom of the page.
Note: You'll sometimes see an asterisk (*) in place of a user ID in the buyer requirements activity log. This is because we can't disclose certain user IDs in accordance with our Privacy Policy and User Agreement. In this case, you'll be unable to add those members to your buyer requirements exemption list.

Thank you I will have a go at that now :) x
