Hmm so I've only just got round to opening todays post (lazy I know but I couldnt be bothered to go fetch it out the box in the rain
)
Theres a letter from DLA saying Im entilited,(yes from when I claimed what is about 5 months ago? lol) Surely Im not entilited now becuase of my income and no other benefits? When I told ESA etc it was pointless continuing the claim because my income changed would they not have informed DLA too?
I think a phonecall is needed Monday. It seems they have paid money into the bank too
Also another letter from ESA saying my circumstances have changed and Im not entilited anymore, I have 6 now exactly the same it seems there sending one a week lol0 -
List of jobs need to be done (slowly
) before I go away
- All paperwork thats scattered round sorting (Im sure having a BF made me lazy?)
- Sort kids toys and charity shop some/bin some
- Sort kids clothes Charity/Bin
- Pack suitcases not forgetting anything (Check them and check again I always manage to forget something important)
- Order new carseats
- Make sure everywhere is sparkling clean so its not a mess to come home too

So I keep saying I need to become orgainised etc well its getting deperate I need to do it!
So tomorrows goals- Get up before the kids, shower and dressed
- Clean the bathroom/toilet/my bedroom
- Get the kids up, bath, feed, dress them
- Clean downstairs why they wait for my sister collecting them to go to the zoo
- Clean their bedrooms and landing/stairs

ESA won't tell DLA anything, it is upto you to tell them if there is a change of circumstances.
You may get Disability Living Allowance if:
you have a physical or mental disability, or both
your disability is severe enough for you to need help caring for yourself or you have walking difficulties, or both
you are under 65 when you claim
You can get Disability Living Allowance whether or not you work.
It isn't usually affected by any savings or income you may have.
Are you still with BF? or have you split up? if so, you have no income, surely you need to claim again?
DLA is your entitlement, and you may find you will need it while having your treatment. If not, put into a savings account for the kids.0 -
Thank you. I did inform them when it first changed I just assumed having no ESA ment no DLA iykwim? Im with BF still but even though hes not living here i have declared us a couple as we are and he does stay and help with money etc x0
