Just checking in - hope the move is relatively pain free and you get settled quickly. At least with being in a council house you should have a decent land lord for once.As God is my witness, as God is my witness they're not going to lick me. I'm going to live through this and when it's all over, I'll never be hungry again0

Have followed you diary from the start and just wanted to pop in and say you amaze me! Well done on all the repayments, and very well done on bringing up two children by yourself when you have been so poorly.
I hope the house move is quick and easy, and I hope you have a long happy life in the new house with your two little ones
.
This is your life starting again! And the very best of luck. :j0 -
Thank you
As the days goes on Im feeling happier about the new house, like you say it really is the opportunity to start a new life. Without needing any of my family for anything.
Me and mum had a major row again this morning (this is only the 2nd time we have been in touch since moving here!) Its coming up to 3 years since my Dad passed away and I feel we should do something with his ashes, I dont feel hes at rest while there sat in the garden. However she started ranting there going to her new house, Which is with her partner who tbh isnt comfortable with it, but doesnt mind. I wouldnt mind if she loved him, she liked him. She hated him and put us through hell growing up. My sister agrees he should be put to rest especially now mums moved on with a new partner (which she met just weeks after him passing) Dont get me wrong her new partners lovely how he copes with her I will never know!!
I have a feeling I am a bit wrong but surely me and my sister should have some input on what happens.0 -
Hi, just want to say well done for how far you have come and thanks for sharing your journey, it is an inspiration!
I too have to decide what to do with ashes, my grandmothers, my mum doesn't want to talk about it so at the moment I have my grandmother's ashes in my wardrobe and one day when I have a house and garden I will put them under a rose bush!
I hope you and your family can talk about this issue and come to a decision that you all agree with(it is a very emotional subject)
