No sunshine here and it's a tad chilly. The youngest has a temp though, so I don't won't to turn the heating or fire on. Very MSE i guessOne step at a time0 -

Hope you're feeling much better now and enjoying the sunshine. x0 -
Helllo
Im here still recovering taking a lot longer than I'd hoped. I'm sure I will get there in the end.
Im stuck on a decision becuase I have been offered a council house back down in town where I moved from. Im so undecided its not a really "bad" area but far from the nicest, its overlooked and I dont really know anyone there. On the plus side its council and alot cheaper and closer to old friends than here. I hate making decisions!0 -
Write a list of pro's and con's and see which comes out with most.
What is your gut reaction?

Ive wrote the pros and cons and there very similar but different iykwim?
Taking in to account my housing benefit etc here is £20 a week more than the council place (£15 until November when the cuts affect me) so obviously the council house is better money wise, but is going back to that area well the areas prob worse than where i was before its so difficult I dont want to make the wrong decision and regret it0 -
How long have you got to think about it ? Have you got time to sleep on it
I'd do the same with the pros and cons but also think about when the little ones are older - where will it be easier for them for school , visiting friends etc . Will they need to use busses ( and costs that would incur) in either place. The one plus if you took the council. Place is that you will have some kind of security and not be at risk of getting notice if landlord wants you out for any reason - just my thought but you also have to be happy with where you are too ( and safe )Date restarted DFW 30/04/16

I have until 5pm today because the letter took so long in the post she said usually you have 7 days. In all honesty the coucil is alot better for schools/town/hospital etc I think after I'd moved in I would get use to it there and anythings worth a go? If I dont try I will never know and might regret it. I think Im going to ask can I view it before I officially take it x0
