You were up early HI, hope you got some sleep.

Hope you got a chance to look at the house too before having to give your decision. One thing to say yes then get there and find it is no good.

Definately go and see it cos you won't know if it's suitable DON'T accept sight unseen as you don't know what state other tenant has left it in . Will also let you have some idea of what you would need to do to have it how you would like it. And you would have chance to see what the neighbours are like
    Date restarted DFW 30/04/16
    Money owed :-
    Vet £700
DMP too much ( need to find out how much )
    That's it

Thanks all :) Hope your all well?

Still not recovered and very sore taking its time! Anyway on the house front no more news really Im too far in arrears with my rent for the council to take me as a tenant and with still no money coming in I doubt I will clear the final bit to push me under the amount I need to be under in time to be able to take it. I went to view and it was nice, it was in walking distance of pretty much everything and alot cheaper than here, but I suppose everything happens for a reason.

Hello all hope all is well? and your all enjoying this weather :)

Meeting with the lanlord at 4 but she has asked to see my bank statements and benefit letter :/ not sure I want her reading my bank statements etc :S

Next door was burgled last night and its really unnerved me. It happend between 8-10pm and I know I must have been sat in my kitchen, so who ever it was clearly could see me sat in my kitchen (I have no blinds/curtains with the light on) and still climbed through my back to smash her back door

eek! to neighbour being burgled. that is awful, it is an awful feeling and worse knowing they were doing it while you were sitting in your kitchen

Your LL has no right to ask to see you bank statements!:mad::mad:

hope you said no! benefit letter is one thing but not bank statements.! :naughty:

    hope everything ok with you.

DS is ill, so no work for me tomorrow :( not good, losing a day' s money.
