N Power change over
I have changed my gas to N power from Atlantic, I gave final metre reading to N power on the 15th October and have heard nothing from the since. Have had no letter to say about direct debit and no final bill from Atlantic, am wondering if this is normal?
I have changed companys many times and never waited this long for a final bill. I am in front with payment to Atlantic so it cannot be a case of i owe them anything they owe me.

It seems odd but whilst I know little of Atlantic personally I'd just thank the Lord if you've been saved from the dreadful service of Npower

(It's just cost them a 2 million pound fine from Ofgem if you don't know what I mean!)0 -
Having been with npower, EON, Powergen before etc I have been impressed by the customer service at "Goodenergy", our 100% renewable electricity (and gas) supplier. They have real, sensible and motivated people answering normal phones.0

When I changed to nPower in August it was the worst experience I'd had when switching suppliers. NPower sent out so much confusing rubbish and the switch was slightly delayed. But, having said that, we got there in the end and I won't need to speak to them again before ditching and switching next year. It's not so much a problem with nPower's staff (who I found quite helpful), their systems are absolute rubbish.0

Jane, if you gave a final reading to npower, I assume you mean you are switching from npower to Atlantic ? On another thread you say you are on Sol20 ...
If this is the case I didn't receive my final bill from npower until 18th September after starting a switch to Co-op Energy on the 21st July, and I had to ask them for the bill. My npower account is still 'live' and apparently my next bill is due on 12th December
Completely useless confusing company !0 -
I know you know how this works but have you been confused by the post too?
Just a little jalexa
Jane says she is on npower Sol20 here ...
