hi ive used virgin media security for 6 months and had no problems.but all of a sudden it no longer works, i phone virgin on 150 and am told that i need to upgrade my windows 7 home premium service pack 1 to service pack 2 as the security offered by virgin is no longer compatable with service pack 1. am i correct in saying that windows 7 has not yet released service pack 2? somebody help me because virgin are winding me up

there are other free antivirus software, Microsoft security essentials is one and avast is another, both are perfectly good at protecting your computer0
