Oh please! Wind your neck in!!!
Whether I buy or can afford high priced goods is nobody's business but mine thank you. I am not rubbing it in people's faces, I merely stated that like many customers to this site before the glitch I was buying a high priced item. Am I not allowed to say I bought an expensive item now? I would expect as with any other site that my order is fulfilled as I am a genuine customer spending money. The whole point of this thread is to money save so I used a £5 code which was available to everybody being a new customer.
There will always be people who aUbuse offers but that shouldn't mean that my order is one of them! Simples!
Of course it's nobody's business. You were the one who made a point of the fact that you had ordered something expensive as though that was something to be proud of and made your order far more important than all the other little people's. I actually hope you do get your order, as I do everyone, I just don't think that having more money makes anyone a better person who deserves more than others.Started Comping 25th September 2013.

This organisation have no one else but themseves to blame.
You think other companies would allow this to happen on their sites?
They would have soon fixed the codes once they realised the problem so maybe you could only use one code or have set a min spend threshold from the outset. Not clever planning I think - or actually was it a big marketing ploy as they gotta be the most talked about retailer on here at the moment - and I bet many people had never heard of them!!
If they choose not to honour what we have bought that is up to them but I doubt they will gain many more customers if that was the goal of the £5.00 when you sign up to newsletter promotion.0 -
