I would recommend this to anyone looking at phones which are data hungry and that is the following.
Before signing any agreement check the coverage in your area and where you go to with one of the networks coverage checkers
Once you have shortlisted a couple of them buy a pay and go sim for a tenner or so with a small amount of data on
Go to everywhere you MUST get a signal and then try web browsing, checking emails and see how you get on.
It's much better to spend £20 or £30 on a few pay and go sim cards than entering a potential 24 month agreement and finding out there is a blackspot.
Online coverage checkers are useful as a guide but don't rely on them 100%0 -
I'm confused by your offer with Tesco. I've just come out of there, got a samsung galaxy SII, unlnimited internet, 300mins and 300 texts for £20 a month with T mobile. How did you get £27.50????0

Forgot to add, if you want more text (5000 I think), you can get the same for £25.0

I've got the same plan. I tether my phone for internet (not wifi) browsing an downloading and use way over 1gb a month - usually between 8 gb and 10 gb / month. For me it's well worth it, but I knew my monthly usage before I got it. Maybe worth contacting your current internet provider and finding out your average monthly usage.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. Something to bear in mind if you use Google Maps out and about; I had the Satellite imagery layer on and managed to rack up 6MB in a matter of seconds0 -
I'm on 3's the one plan - it really is unlimited internet. I got rid of my landline/broadband (was expensive - I am in Hull area so was stuck with Karoo) so now use my mobile heavily - tethered to my laptop. Used just under 4g last month. Would recommend it.0
